After the agreed review, final payment and launch checks, the site goes live and the contracted deliverables are handed over.
05 · Straight answers
The questions everyone asks.
What will it cost?
A premium website is £1,995 before applicable VAT: £665 to start and £1,330 before launch. Its exact scope and order terms are confirmed in writing. Managed Overflow is still in pre-launch validation and is not available to order.
How long until it’s live?
It depends on the agreed scope and when the required content and feedback arrive. The written quote sets the target dates before work starts.
Who owns the website?
After final payment, the contract assigns the bespoke site files and content Roltaire owns to you. Third-party components remain under their licences, and domain or account control is agreed in writing before work starts.
I already have a website.
Good. We will not recommend a rebuild merely to create a larger project. If a future approved module can fit the systems you already use, it can be considered separately.
I’m not very techy.
You don’t need to be. That’s the entire point: we handle the technical side so you never have to touch it.

Our promise
You review the site before the balance is due. The agreed handover is written down.
The quote defines scope, review, payment, ownership and launch. Ongoing services are optional and separately agreed; cancelling one never removes a paid-for website.
